Returns

At the present time, Bedhead Bonnetz does not offer refunds. We offer a 14 day exchange policy, if you have any issues with your purchases, please contact us at info@bedheadbonnetz.com. We would be happy to assist you!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.. A product purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once it's been established that this product has a flaw, you can send it back to us for exchange, repairs or store credit at your expense. Shipping and duty expenses are not eligible for a refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
